Returns :

  • Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • In order to qualify for a refund, your item must be in the same state as when you first received it, unopened, and still in its original packaging. You will also require the receipt or evidence of purchase.

Harm and Problems:

  • Kindly examine your order when you receive it and get in touch with us right away if the product is faulty, harmed or if you have been sent the wrong item, in order for us to address the issue and rectify the situation.

Items that cannot be returned / exempted items:

  • Some items, like perishable goods (like food products such as Coffee) and custom products (like special orders or personalized items), are not eligible for returns. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your particular item, feel free to reach out to info@superstore.ae

    Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds for items on sale or gift cards / vouchers.

Exchange Platforms:

  • To quickly receive the desired item, return your current item and then make a new purchase once the return is processed.

Reimbursements:

  • After we receive and check your return, we will inform you about whether the refund has been approved or not. If the request is accepted, you will receive an automatic refund on your initial payment method in 20 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or Credit Card Company may also require some time to process and credit the refund.

Subscriptions Cancellations:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email with a minimum of 30 days’ notice, send an email to Superstore Vending Machines at the address info@superstore.ae
  • Coffee beans or any ingredient subscriptions are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you’re not happy with your coffee bean subscription, you can discontinue it to prevent future charges.
