TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL :

• SuperStore Vending Machines is a Limited Liability Company registered and based in the United Arab Emirates with license number 1182990. The laws of the United Arab Emirates control these terms, and the parties agree to follow the rules and regulations of the Dubai courts for any disputes.
• SuperStore Vending Machines will not conduct business with or offer any products or services to any countries sanctioned by OFAC, in accordance with United Arab Emirates law. The terms and conditions stated are relevant to all purchases from SuperStore Vending Machines, regardless of the transaction method – online, in person, through email, or over the phone.
• SuperStore Vending Machines may change or modify these sales terms and conditions without prior notice. When you sign up at the online shop, make a purchase, or agree to a supply contract with SuperStore Vending Machines, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions, along with any other agreements, forming the complete understanding between you and SuperStore Vending Machines.
• If either party fails to meet its obligations due to a Force Majeure event, they will not be held liable to the other party.
  If any clause in these terms is deemed invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the other terms will still apply.

ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT: 

• Orders can be made online through the website, via email, in person, or over the phone.
• Confirmation of receiving an order will be sent via email to the address entered during registration and only becomes final once accepted. SuperStore Vending Machine will confirm your order, payment card information, and contact details before accepting the order.
• The Vending Machine at SuperStore accepts cash, as well as Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED currency. Payment must be completed before your purchase is confirmed and will be deducted from your account before your order is shipped.
• All individuals who have credit and debit cards must undergo validation checks and approval by the card issuer, with the card information needing to align with the customer’s registered records.
• SuperStore Vending Machine will not be responsible for any delays or cancellations of orders if your payment card issuer declines payment or if you do not pass our security checks. Individuals below 18 years old are not allowed to sign up as a User on this site and cannot engage in transactions or utilize the site.
• This website implements the newest 128bit security encryption to safeguard your personal data. When you input your personal information at the checkout, you are on a secure website. When you make a payment on our website for our products or services, the information you are required to input will be sent securely to our payment provider.
• The cardholder is required to keep a copy of transaction records as well as merchant policies and rules.

DELIVERY: 

• SuperStore Vending Machines solely process orders for delivery or pick-up within the United Arab Emirates and do not provide international shipping or delivery services.
• SuperStore Vending Machines aim to ship your order within 2 (two) working days of acceptance. They strive to deliver quickly and may arrange a schedule for repeat orders and delivery.
• SuperStore Vending Machines are not responsible for any delays you may experience. Information for delivery, including the customer’s name, address, and contact number, will only be kept for delivery purposes and you give permission for your personal information to be used for this.
• A delivery surcharge will be added for orders below AED (amount if any) (excluding VAT)
• If not specified, items will be sent to the Customer’s Address within 2 Business Days of order confirmation, along with an invoice or delivery note. Having more than one delivery could lead to more than one charge on the cardholder’s monthly bill.

 

PRODUCT QUALITY & AVAILABILITY: 

• Superstore Vending Machine guarantees the quality and condition of all ingredients supplied, ensuring high quality and compliance with international standards for all products offered.
• If a product is out of stock, Superstore Vending Machine will save your order until the product is back in stock and will then deliver it to you as normal. If a specific product is no longer available, Superstore Vending Machine will try to provide a suitable replacement or refund (terms and conditions apply).

 

WARRANTY: 

• Superstore Vending Machines offers a 1 Year (Jetinno Machines) & 3 Year (Jofemar Machines), warranty on all equipment sold, with specific conditions that must be met.c
• Extended Warranty can be availed on request (Charges apply).
• Superstore Vending Machines guarantees that Equipment, excluding consumables, will be defect-free in material and workmanship for 1 Year from the date of purchase.
• Superstore Vending Machines is responsible for either repairing or replacing defective parts free of charge for the Purchaser as stated in this warranty. All parts that are replaced will belong to the Purchaser, but any faulty parts must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and warranty evaluation.
• Superstore Vending Machines will not be required to fulfill any obligation stated in this Agreement if:
  (1) The Equipment may need to be repaired or replaced due to regular usage or due to a catastrophic event or external causes.
  (2) The Equipment has not been installed, used, or maintained correctly as specified in the operating and maintenance manuals. This involves installing mandatory water filters and softeners, as well as ensuring specified power supply and protection against power surges.
• Remember to retain your original invoice for proof of purchase date and warranty start.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

In case the item you received is damaged, faulty, or not as depicted on the website, you can send it back within (specified timeframe) days to get a complete refund, including any shipping charges incurred. Reimbursements will be issued through the original payment method and handled once the returned items are received.

 PRICING POLICY & AMENDMENTS:

Superstore Vending Machines has the authority to change prices that are listed without warning and to include or remove any item for sale. Notification in writing of 30 days is required for prices agreed upon in the contract.

SERVICE / MAINTENANCE:

• The Customer will incur expenses for all Equipment servicing, repairs, or replacement due to User Error, unauthorized servicing, relocation, alteration, tampering with parts, misuse, negligence, fire, theft, loss, or damage.
• Our trained technicians provide Contracted Service as scheduled and agreed upon. Yearly, Quarterly or Monthly.
• Upon prior request, a service machine may be offered for use during extensive service or repair projects.
• The machines available may not have the exact specifications as the one being fixed, but they will still be able to utilize the same ingredients.
  Information regarding our current service fees can be provided upon request.
  
  

 APPLICABLE LAW:

All disagreements or claims related to SuperStore Vending Machines services will be controlled by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and handled by the courts in Dubai.

VAT & TAXATION:

• All pricing unless otherwise stated is inclusive of Value Added Tax and duties payable in the United Arab Emirates. A tax invoice will be provided with every order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

• Superstore Vending Machines is not responsible for any physical or financial harm, loss, or damage, including indirect or incidental damages, due to delays in product supply or any other issues related to purchases or agreements. No restrictions in this clause reduce any liability mandated by a statute except when it is legal to do so.
• The Customer acknowledges that Superstore Vending Machines does not guarantee that any equipment is suitable for the Customer’s purpose, within the limits of the law. Superstore Vending Machines possesses insurance for public liability or commercial general liability, which includes coverage for all products and equipment supplied.
• Superstore Vending Machines is only responsible for damages to the Customer up to the amount paid for the product or equipment, regardless of the reason for the damage or the type of legal action taken. This limitation of liability does not cover personal injury caused by Superstore Vending Machines or its agents.

INSTALLATION :

• In some cases, the cost already covers the installation of equipment and this will be scheduled at a time and date that works for both parties. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the site is prepared for installation and that all necessary electrical, water, and drainage connections are available within 1 meter of the installation spot.

CREDIT APPLICATIONS & CONDITIONS:

• (The Agreement’s Credit Terms) These terms apply along with any credit terms Superstore Vending Machines extends to their Customer.
• If a customer fails to make payments due under any agreement within the specified time, Superstore Vending Machines reserves the right to suspend service, supply, and assets at their discretion without prejudicing other rights.

 DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION:

• The definitions provided in these terms and conditions will be used for clarification unless stated otherwise.
• Business Day refers to a day when businesses are operating as usual in the U.A.E., excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

Confidential Information refers to and Encompasses:

• Any data or resources related to Superstore Vending Machine’s accounts, finances, trade secrets, manufacturing methods, marketing strategies, products, designs, inventions, customer lists, supplier details, databases, reports, and software considered confidential, unless already publicly known or disclosed in breach of the agreement.
• The occurrence of Insolvency Event involves appointing liquidator, receiver, or administrator to a corporation’s assets, or when a mortgagee takes possession of its assets, or when an order is made for winding up by a Court or resolution.
• VAT refers to the Value Added Tax and the corresponding regulations enforced by both local and federal authorities.
• Intellectual Property includes patents, copyrights, designs, trademarks, and other industrial or intellectual property rights and knowledge of a party, whether registered or unregistered, and whether capable of registration or not.
• The loss includes all types of liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, whether they are current, potential, or future.
